Wahome Koinange has spent his working life close to the people of Laikipia — in community organising, enterprise and public service. He is running because a county with this much land, livestock and talent should not still be arguing about water.
His platform is deliberately narrow and measurable: water in every ward, markets that pay, clinics that are stocked, and a county government that publishes what it spends.
